Who is responsible

Straightrac Mobile Vehicle Inspections, a business name of Straightrac Ltd., is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Privacy enquiries and requests go to StraightracLtd@gmail.com, or by phone on (289) 763-9322.

What we collect

Only what you type into the booking form: your name, your phone number, your email address, and the details you give us about the car and where it is. There is no account to create, and we collect nothing else about you as you read the site. Some parts of the page are loaded from other companies, and those companies see your visit.

Why we collect it

To confirm the booking, get to the car, and send you the report. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing to people who only asked about an inspection.

Who else handles it

Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by a form-delivery service acting on our behalf, which stores the submission so it can pass it on. Beyond that, your details are seen bythe people here who deal with your booking.

Google Maps

The map showing our service area is embedded from Google. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and can set its own cookies, for its own purposes, whether or not you interact with the map. That is a disclosure to Google rather than something done on our behalf, and it is covered by Google's own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as we may need them for the inspection and our records, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to StraightracLtd@gmail.com and we will action it. Deleting an enquiry means we lose the record of the job, so we will confirm before doing it if work is still in progress.
